thanks, I read the wrong document.
The download page (http://www.otrs.org/download/) points to
http://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/itsm/INSTALL-2.0.ITSM
instead of
http://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/itsm/INSTALL-2.1.ITSM .
I would be glad if someone could correct the page for users like me who
don't notice the wrong URL at night :)
