Leonardo, this may be overly simple, but have you had a look in Frontend::Agent::ViewMyWorkOrdersOverview ( http://localhost/otrs/index.pl?Action=AdminSysConfig&Subaction=Edit&SysConfigSubGroup=Frontend::Agent::ViewMyWorkOrdersOverview&SysConfigGroup=ITSM+Change+Management ).
