Daer Nils, I have defined several groups or categories in the ITSM::ConfigItem::Class for each type of CI. What I need is to restrict the access of a particular group of CIs to one or more group of users. For example, I have created the groups Applications, Hardware y Software, and I have the groups of users HelpDesk and Support. I need to restrict the access to the group Applications only to the HelpDesk group, and the Hardware and Software to the users of the Support group.
