It migth be obvious, but I have to ask, is you Workorder really asigned to an agent?
Also, I think what your are missing is the correct reference, according to that list of Atributes, the correct one is "WorkOrderAgent*ID*" and I see you are using "WorkOrderAgent". Are you looking for the Agent Name instead of the ID?
