Hi All, I'm running ITSM 3.1 4 / OTRS 3.1.7, and have a simple question. I'm trying to add additional ITSM Classes, (currently have Computer, Hardware, Location, Network, and Software). This topic is discussed several times online, and always mentions "classes can be added via the general catalog link in the OTRS::ITSM admin area - http://doc.otrs.org/itsm/2.0/en/html/ch11s02.html";. The admin screens in this newer version do not look like the ones described in the link, and when I go into SysConfig "Edit Config Settings in GeneralCatalog -> GeneralCatalog::Preferences", I do not see the existing ITSM Classes. How do I add ITSM Classes? Thanks
