Hello everyone, Please i need answers to these question to integrate OTRS with CTI. 1.Can we integrate OTRS with Asterisk or Cisco call manager ? 2.What is the free CTI Client/CTI softphone that supports CTI url configuration ? 3.Can i configure my Cisco IP Phones as CTI clients to integrate with OTRS ?
