I believe you can create customers as attributes of a given CMDB class with
an entry like the following one:
{
Key => 'Owner',
Name => 'Owner',
Searchable => 1,
Input => {
Type => 'Customer',
},
},
Also take a look at the following package, it can give you ideas of how to
accomplish your objective:
