em contato posterior ao evento com a Vera Vaitekunas do itSMF Brasil descobri que as informa��es de acesso haviam sido enviadas para um endere�o errado, talvez inserido por alguma transcri��o manual. Ser� bastante interessante o envio de algum material transcrito relativo aos assuntos discutidos na confer�ncia, para minimizar o impacto de situa��es similares a esta.
