REQUIREMENT I : Principal Consultant ITIL Consulting
Overall Experience · 10+ years IT experience
ITIL consulting experience · 5+ years in ITIL consulting·
Completed ITIL masters course· Experience in ITIL areas such
as service desk, incident mgmt, problem management, change
management, configuration management, Release, continuity management·
Hands on experience on ITIL tools such as HP-openview,
Remedy, CA Assyst tools etc· Hands on experience in Software
development/support/process engineering· Hands on experience
in BS15000, BS7799, leading to certification· Security or ITIL
auditing background· Experience in IT support
Process definition experience · 5+ years in Software process
definition/improvement/implementation· Experience in Development and
Implementation of processes compliant to Quality and project
management frameworks/models such as SEI-CMM/CMMi, RUP, PMI etc·
Expertise in leading teams in Process improvement
initiatives, Process consulting, Metrics
Soft skills · Excellent verbal communication and people
management skills. · Attention to detail. · Excellent team player
with customer services skills. · Ability to think, organize,
plan and analyze strategically, while maintaining ability to
implement tactical process improvements. · Works independently,
but as a cooperative member of the group. · Demonstrates accuracy
and thoroughness · Looks for ways to improve and promote quality
and consistency · Applies feedback to improve performance and

Governance consulting· Expertise/certification in tools such as
Mercury-ITG, NIKU, Clarity of CA, DigiQ etc· High end consulting
experience in the areas of Project Management, Change management, IT
Portfolio management, Services Management
Process definition experience · 5+ years in Software process
definition/improvement/implementation· Experience in Development and
Implementation of processes compliant to Quality and project
management frameworks/models such as SEI-CMM/CMMi, RUP, PMI etc·

controls and mapping to SOX requirements· Developing security
requirements for Software development or Infrastructure support·
Should have done IT/security/BS7799/SAS70 audits·
Process oriented and experience in ISMS/Cobit control
definition· Desirable-experience in due diligence testing/Tick-IT
audit/CMMi
Process definition experience · 5+ years in Software process
definition/improvement/implementation· Experience in Development and

REQUIREMENT V : RUP CONSULTANTS
Skills: knowledge of Rational tools ReqPro ClearCase, ClearQuest,
Rose/XDE and Project Console.
Experience: 7-10 years
Qualifications: BE / BTech /ME/MTECH
Work Location: US / Europe Base location : Bangalore
REQUIREMENT VI : CMMi CONSULTANTS
Skills: implementation of Quality Management Systems compliant with
SEI-CMM / CMMi model and ISO 9000 standards.
Experience: 6-15 years
Qualifications: BE / BTech /ME/MTECH
Work Location: Bangalore/US/Europe Base Location : Bangalore
REQUIREMENT V : SQA CONSULTANTS
Skills: Exposure to various software lifecycle process models.
Quality Standards like ISO 9000 and CMM/CMMi.ERP project experience
and Exposure to various Quality Tools would be an added advantage
Experience: 6-10 Years
Qualification: B.E/MCA/M.Sc

Skills: Experience related to Software Configuration and Release
Management Design and create SCM process at organizational level
Technically savvy and familiar with SDLC processes Knowledge of the

experience in actual releases of IT applications in CM, Build, Pre-
release procedures, production and deployment 2+ years in Software
