Please find the job requirements below: ITIL Consultant JOB DESCRIPTION Work on supporting and maintaining the applications for IT Service Management and asset Management. Liaise with Project Managers, Solution Architects for the ongoing project. PERSON SPECIFICATION Qualification : Degree/Diploma Holder Technical Skills: o Minimum of 4 years experience with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) o Expereince in Coding, Design work and applications development cycle for an ITIL implementation o ITIL certification preferably the highest level (Master's Level) o Preferred Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) o Trainers and qualified practitioners with many years of experience in IT Service Management and Asset Management preferred Interpersonal: * Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills. * Strong communication, verbal and written skills. * Ability to work in fast paced, high pressure environment.
