Prezados,
estou fazendo um trabalho em relação aos custos de TI em uma empresa cujo a
atividade fim não é TI. Tenho a necessidade de levantar quais custos
considerar, como levantá-los, quais são os mais importantes (críticos).
Seria de grande valia se também pudesse me ajudar no levantamento de
indicadores de BSC para medir estes custos.
Se alguém puder me ajudar com indicação de livros, papers, experiências
