ITIL Consultant o Minimum of 4 years experience with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) including experience in Coding, Design work and applications development cycle for an ITIL implementation, Master's level ITIL certification, Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Trainers and qualified practitioners with many years of experience in IT Service Management and Asset Management preferred 9.
