  Thanks for point that out. It explains our issue.

  So I think I "just" have to include bash.exe in the list of the tools you
have to install to use Tecmake. It should be simple, but there is no
bash.exe in the GnuWin32 tools. So I still have work to do, but now things
are more clear.
