Sorry, now I understand what's going on. Yes, that's correct. I don't commit the doxygen documentation to the CVS. Because they are supposed to be generated from the source code. Doxywizard is quite simple to use.
If you don't want to install Doxygen and generate the htmls, you can simply download the "html" package and get a copy of the doxygen generated folder from there.
