No, sorry IUP was not designed to do it.
I don't know how to do that in GTK, don't know if even it is capable of
doing it. Certainly Motif/X11 can do it, but IUP has only one call to
XtOpenDisplay during IupOpen.
If you just want to display another Window in a multiple monitor system,
then this is much more simple.

Hello,
I'm using the iup Chicken Scheme bindings and I'd like to be able to display
from one process to more than one display - similar to how you can start a
new window from (x)emacs on a different display. I dug through the docs but
didn't see anything that indicated this was possible. Can it be done? If so
how?
