Hmmm, I don't think that's what I'm seeing. So in this function that sets up everything, I'm also setting up an IupTimer. I'm actually fork/exec-ing a process and using the timer to monitor when it is done (at which point I destroy the progress dialog). The timer callbacks are happening and it doesn't look like the execution ever goes back to where I invoked IupPopup. Is this cause for concern?
