Hello, I wrote awhile back about layout problems I had, particularly on the Raspberry Pi (Raspbian Wheezy). The main problem was that sometimes the view inside the window was grown to the the wrong size. Quitting and restarting over and over will eventually produce a correctly sized view.
Well, I just upgraded to Raspbian Jessie. First, I discovered they migrated from GTK2 to GTK3. So I thought I would see what what happens. Well, that problem still exists. But I also seem to have a new problem with the layout. In the case where the view inside the window launches correctly, it seems that the right side of my buttons are flush against the edge or cut-off. For refernece, this was the old GTK2 version: http://playcontrol.net/tempdownload/iup_screens_pi/iup_resize_gen.png And here is the new GTK3 version: http://playcontrol.net/tempdownload/iup_screens_pi/iup_raspbian_gtk3_gen_cut.png Notice the right side of the buttons on the right are cut-off. If I grow the window more, it doesn't help. But additionally, I noticed if the window is shrunk, the buttons get even more cut-off. http://playcontrol.net/tempdownload/iup_screens_pi/iup_raspbian_gtk3_gen_toosmall.png (Also, I noticed that my first launch, the initial window size is actually that picture. I actually had to grow the window for the picture above it.) Any ideas or suggestions on how to fix these?
