Hi,
I did a few tests here with placement minimize+restore (normal) and it
work (Windows 10).
But it is important to notice that when you restore a window after
minimized it will heavily depend on the size the window had when not
maximized nor minimized. The system will handle that previous state
internally. So maybe there is a difference between XP and Win7 that we are
not seeing because it is internal.
If you want an specific position and size maybe you could reset those
before restoring the dialog.
