The easiest answer is funding. If people can fund me to work on it, then I can actually work on it. This could be done in all sorts of manners, like contract work, Patreon like model, flat donations, or whatever creative things you can dream up. The next answer is getting more volunteers/contributors. That’s why I’m pushing for IUP to participate in Google Summer of Code this year, and I’m willing to be a mentor. (This is actually my clever solution to the funding problem, where Google supplies the funding to get students and mentors involved.)
