I was just using im_capture from SVN, because IM hasn't been released
since 2016 and I noticed a weird bug that boils down to the following: a
camera I own reports more than 100 formats with the Windows drivers, but
the hard coded maximum in im_capture_dx.cpp is 100. Since no range check
is being done, an invalid memory location is accessed. Obvious solutions
are manual allocation + error reporting or higher hard coded maximum.
