  Thanks for the feedback.

  You have installed both GTKs, but I need to know which GTK that IUP is
using. You can do this, after IupOpen:

printf("GTK Version=%s", IupGetGlobal("GTKVERSION"));
printf("GTK Dev Version=%s", IupGetGlobal("GTKDEVVERSION"));

  They should be equal.
