  I just updated the readme file to reflect the actual list of distributed
binaries. Thanks for reporting.

  The dllw4 package, built with gcc 4 is not supported anymore. This was a
very old version that we need to update. Now we are using gcc 6.4, although
mingw-w64 has support for newer gcc versions too.

  If you were using the "Win64_dllw4" you shouldn't have problems changing
to the "Win64_dllw6" package. Please let me know if you have any.
