G'day,

Subject says a lot:

1. Looking forward to the new release. Thank you so much for all the effort.

2. I've tracked your Ubuntu/GNU/Linux build documentation, and adding
"libfftw3-dev" is sufficient to pull all requirements in. IM now builds
   successfully.

[On a "purist" level, I tend to not rely on dependencies: This is why I
suggested both "libfftw3-bin" and "libfftw3-dev" as "top-level" items
that IM uses (yes, I know there's a raft of float/double/long double
packages under "libfftw3-bin"). My slogan is "you use it, you include
it". This helps avoid surprises if third-party dependencies change.]

3. Sadly, I don't know how to get CD's top-level "pdflib7" to build. If
I place it at the top level (alongside cd/im/iup), then chdir into it and
type "make", Make simply fails with the message:

make[1]: *** No rule to make target "do_all". Stop.
        Makefile:4:recipe for target "do_all" failed

I'm tracking the SVN HEAD branches closely, so these are current reports:

        im: r814
        cd: r890
        iup: r5886

Thanks for your consideration, and thanks also in advance for the next
release(s).

cheers,
