As EPEL now has an updated version of nginx it is time for IUS to End of Life the old nginx07 package:
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/epel/5/SRPMS/repoview/nginx.html If you are still running nginx07 you will want to uninstall it from your server, and then install nginx from EPEL.
