Thanks for taking the time to submit this bug. Looking over our changes
for 5.4.32, I do not see anything we changed that would caused this
issue. This could be an issue with PHP itself and not an issue how IUS
packages PHP. If it is an issue with PHP, you would need to report this
bug to PHP. Looking over PHP's bugs, I did notice this one:
https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=68014
Looks like that might be similar to what you are reporting. If so, I
would recommend updating that bug with details on how you are getting
this bug.
