The PHP group has released their last scheduled version of PHP 5.4[1].
Also, the EOL date of September 14, 2015 for PHP 5.4 has come and
gone[0]. All IUS php54 packages will stay in the stable repositories
for 30 days (till October 12, 2015) then they will be moved into the
archive repositories.
