Bug description:
I originally reported this as an Upgrade Request (#736304) but since
it's really a new feature request I'll list it as a Wish List item as
well.
EPEL has the newest stable version but it doesn't include the
Substitutions Filter Module (http://wiki.nginx.org/HttpSubsModule).
It's a powerful module that I've deployed into a number of
environments using Nginx as a reverse proxy.
