I keep studying on the Yum and I realized that some repositories might be added into /etc/yum.repos.d/ CentOS-Base.repo Do I need to add the IUS repository into the the same file to install php52-mysql-5.2.17-2.ius.el5.i386.rpm ? You will need to use YUM as there are multiple requirements that will be pulled in from IUS and Redhat/CentOS's base channels.
