Hello Brandon,
There is a php54-pecl-memcache-3.0.6-4.ius package available in the
"ius-testing" repository as of May 14th, and is due to be promoted to
stable around May 28th.
To make use of the IUS Testing repository, please install using the
--enablerepo flag, like:
yum install php54-pecl-memcache --enablerepo ius-testing
