The builds php55u-5.5.16-3.ius and php55u-pecl-imagick-3.1.2-3.ius include the enumerated config files. They will hit the testing repos tonight (and may take up to 24 hours to sync to all mirrors). I'll do more testing of these next week to ensure everything works as intended. Please do the same and let me know if I missed anything.
