Hello Steve, Thanks for taking the time to chat on IRC and submit this request. We have started not blindly rebuilding all modules when new versions of PHP and Python get released. With limited resources, we want to make sure the packages we build are getting used. With new package request, we ask the requester to test the package before we put them into the stable repos. By test, we don't mean test every feature, but we are looking for feedback like 'it works for my use case'.
