Hello Ralf, I don't think this issue is tied with your other bug. That bug was just introduced in 5.5.19 and this bug is over a year old.

I tried your php54-fpm and it is working perfectly. I also tried php-fpm which installed from source code ( php 5.5.6) and it also works perfectly. So I'm sure there's a bug in this version php55u-fpm. Hope you can solve this bug.
