Howdy Luigi,
This conflict is intentional. The package "php56u" is technically
mod_php, which is compiled against the stock httpd package. When
evaluating httpd24u we decided against building mod_php for every
combination of php and httpd [0]. Instead, you can use php56u-fpm with
httpd24u.
