Hello Anas,
%bcond_with is for case when feature is default off and needs to be
activated with --with ... command line
switch.
So I should use command line '... --with ofono' to activate ofono feature,
but I don't know how to add '--with ofono', the following command line
is not correct.
gbs rb -B devel:upstream --with ofono
Please help!

look at platform/upstream/libva for example, so instead of wayland in
that example we need to apply this for ofono

and then
%if %{with ofono}
ofono stuff
%endif
this then can be enabled in the project config, for example tizen IVI

When I fix the issue TIVI-1033 I analysed the ofono.spc and bluez.spec,
then I found out:
Tizen3.0 ofono.spec is correct and clear.
Tizen3.0 bluez.spec had many changes,
and I don't know what meaning so many rules are.
especially '%configure '
