The error occurs as it builds the ncurses package complaining about a "bad %if condition", RPM error "can't parse spec file".
Doesn't sound like a cycles problem to me, am I mistaken? BTW, if I make a change to the spec file in the package (but don't check it in), it doesn't appear to affect the build. Is that expected?
