Thanks Paul.

Could be on the ivi.xml .  Tried recreating/re init the repo  this morning
and its working now using the same procedure I used yesterday.

Still downloading now and no issues so far :)

Thanks for the tip on the gbs, memory, disk usage, etc.. :)
