I checked 'XDG_RUNTIME_DIR=/run/user/5000'.
And I execute paplay command line as app "$".(If root '#')
In attached pictures, first paplay execution is generated warning message 'W: 
[pulseaudio] caps.c: ....'
But, no warning message after that.
I also think this operation strangely. I'll check the BB hardware.

Did you see my reply?  I'm betting that you are doing a 'su' from root
to app which doesn't fully setup the environment.  Specifically I bet
you XDG_RUNTIME_DIR is still pointing to root's space (i.e. /run/usr/0
instead of /run/usr/5000)

You shouldn't have to do anything special.  Audio "just works", but only
when run from inside the user session.
