Hi Prathamesh, Can you confirm which image you're using as a baseline?
I've never had that problem with any image (well, except when I made mistakes myself) so I'd like to try it out on my side just to make sure it should indeed work. The one thing to note is that we lately publish two images, one called *-efi-* and one called *-mbr-*... you should use the *-mbr-* one. Checked everything as you suggested ,like .vmdk is added as an IDE drive and not SCSI. This did not work.And I got the same error as before saying Operating system not found. 2. Introduced boot delay of 5 seconds in the VMWare's ".vmx" file by adding bios.BootDelay parameter. 3. changed the boot sequence and set the priority of Hard disk boot as maximum. This did not work. 4. tried setting the CD-ROM as an IDE drive instead of a hard drive and used the raw file of Tizen IVI (renamed as .iso). This did not work either. 5. As a last resort, I switched to Virtual box and tried the same steps there, but in vain. 6. I even tried adding the vmdk file as a secondary master , where Fedora image was running as the primary master in the virtual box. But, could not find mount point/device file for the secondary raw(iso) file. Anything I am missing out here? Make sure it was added to your virtual machine as an IDE drive (and not SCSI).
