Sai-- We found that if you create the missing ".intl" directory in GBS_ROOT, we can get past at least that error. I'm afraid you are likely to find others, though It's been almost three weeks since I've tried a build.
I thought it was odd that this error occurred, as it's the build system that creates the directory in the first place.
