After killing weston , you also need kill HomeScreen and StatusBar processes , then run 'systemctl start [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>' from root user. You can also refer to TIVI-1934<https://bugs.tizen.org/jira/browse/TIVI-1934> for the info.
