PulseAudio is a "domain controller" in Murphy terminology. A PulseAudio
module (pulseaudio-module-murphy-ivi) handles the policy enforcement in
PulseAudio.
There's also nice slide set about audio management in Tizen IVI
available online which was presented last spring at Tizen conference:
