So far, web simulator have not supported for speech and TTS feature. Therefore, tizen.speech would be 'undefined' currently.

One such App being the Saythis App, but on debugging it says "Cannot call vocalizeString of undefined". [VocalizeString is tizen.speech`s parameter].
