On the slide you can see that the security server is checking smack rules. I removed it because the mechanism of the security server is very general: it works with or without Smack. That tux is impertinent but he is expressing part of my understanding: Smack rules are strong because checked at the kernel level by the LSM Smack, not because checked by the security server.
