What's your hardware platform? What does the 'list' command show?
The first thing I'd check is what BT adapter you have and whether it's started
correctly ('journalctl -b' output would also be useful here).

Subject: Bluetooth power on error
Hello,
I am developing an application in which will be a data exchange using
bluetooth. So I installed bluez on Tizen IVI using this command "zypper install
bluez-test" . To power on the bluetooth I do the flowing:
#bluetoothclt
#power on
but when I try to power on the bluetooth I get this error: no default
controller available.
Does any one have any idea what should I do to correct this error?
