Key Messages ----------------------- No obvious regression issue was found in this build, the package pkgmgr was upgraded and pkgcmd works on IVI(fix is only a hacker) but pkgcmd.wrapper cannot run as developer account(TC-1387<https://bugs.tizen.org/jira/browse/TC-1387>), and IVI SDK IDE testing almost blocked by this issue. BTW, a bug was reported to track the issue that modello UI doesn't fully display in the screen(TC-1388<https://bugs.tizen.org/jira/browse/TC-1388>).
