The work is still under progress and while we have enable the build of the packages in Tizen.org OBS we have not yet finalised the distribution of ready made images). As Tizen IVI is Tizen Common + IVI specific a great similarity is visible between project but you will notice that Tizen Common is normally a few days ahead on IVI and that is normal due to our integration model. In the current state, the ARM prebuild packages should help you a lot, but you will still need to create your adaptation layer for your platform until we can provide ready to go images. Note that Tizen uses Wayland and Crosswalk which both require OpenGL support.
