Hello,
as announced a few weeks ago on this list the support of Yocto is work in progress and currently we can build Tizen Common base but not a complete Tizen IVI yet. To follow that Tizen-Yocto project you need to chat on the generic Tizen Dev mailing list where the developers listen and will provide support. The web page of that project is located here : https://wiki.tizen.org/wiki/Build_Tizen_with_Yocto Now when it come to your desired platform, my advise would be start by building the Hardware adaptation layer first under the standard build system as the Yocto build is still not completed and you likely do not want to pile two difficulties at the same time. Currently generic ARM support is enabled in Tizen IVI repos but there is no available adaptation layer. In particular support of ARM SoC requires special driver for graphic which by opposition to IA are not Open Source for ARM. Note that Tizen requies Smack support in your kernel. I know that Renesas is working to add the support of their SOC R-CAR-xx adaptation layer to Tizen IVI, and they did present their great progress at the Automotive Linux Summit (ALS) in Japan last week. Unfortunately their code is not visible in the Tizen.org web site yet. I have seen people talking around a drink, about adding support for OMAP SoC in Tizen IVI last week in ALS, but did not eared anything about FreeScale support, which does not mean that no one is looking at doing it. Tizen being an open source project, if you do not find the support of the SoC you still have multiple options : - add the support for the missing SoC - take a ready supported SoC. Working for Intel, I quite like the second option :-) Dominig ar Foll Senior Architect Intel Open Source Technology CentreLe 09/07/2014 16:16, Anoop Babu a écrit :
