Hi, According to your log, we can observe wl_shell is bound to a client. However wl_shell_get_surface is not observed in the log. Addtionally, xdg_shell is not called neither. I recommend you add WAYLAND_DEBUG=1 to a component who take care wl_shell or anything. I think I can not advise you who component is.
