If the WebGL app ran in any browser on a PC it will almost certainly (99.9%) run in Chrome.
Most likely Chrome/WebKit could not create the WebGL context on Tizen for some reason and the app is not handling this case well. Visit http://get.webgl.org to check this. If successful you will see a simple wire frame cube. If unsuccessful you will see an error message. Also in Chrome if you type "chrome://gpu" in the address bar you will see the status of the various graphics features and information about the graphics drivers. Hopefully this works also in Crosswalk, if it is based on Chrome.
