I've added some questions to the JIRA. Once they are answered we can work out how to go about implementing the facility.

Hello, the rule for resources creation (e.g. dir; conf-file, DB...) in a user home directory have been define a few month ago after a long email chat. the decision is : System is not in charge to create the resources that will be required by application in a user home directory. Application need to create their required resources at the first tiem they run. Now I must agree that this strategy induce and issue due to the security as $HOME/content shall be shared between multiple App as media entry.
